Working with the group Jen encouraged the most creative approach to self-portraits using words. Jen believes in painting pictures with words and create words that dance on the page! Here is a snap-shot of their work so far! Next session will see some more development with the group moving further with their narrative skills.

Wow some fascinating bits of work here and they must have taken quite a bit of thought (and courage) to write – as well as a fair bit of time (gosh, a couple are so neat!). It’s interesting to see the recurring themes (some of which I can relate to as well), alongside the uniquely personal ones. Hmm, I wonder what mine would look like if I did one? Well now, I guess it would depend on what kind of day I’d had. And today? Today’s been pretty cool in fact, which on the one hand is probably boring but on the other hand is pretty good (for me)!
